Rough is the word that immediately came to mind as I thought about the overall experience for today! Yes, it's been a bit rough. I had my ups and downs, and hey, it's all great! I really am proud of myself for cutting back on those things that were doing harm to my inside. It was rough today because I have spent a lot of days just eating the WRONG stuff. I keep going on this cycle, where I am doing great, then after some months I fall back off the wagon. I am positive though and am not frustrated. Because I am human. :)

Romaine Lettuce with Brocco sprouts, black beans, braggs dressing,
grape cherry tomatoes, cumin, cayenne pepper, quinoa
DINNER:
Guacamole, pita chips

Naked Double Berry Protein drink

Thoughts/Feelings:
Today was up and down as far as physical feelings: weak, fatigued, happy, and excited! I went to Whole Foods and purchased more fruits and veggies. It feels so good when I do that because I look forward to preparing a healthy meal! It is so much fun too! Today was a more challenging day. As I really wanted to snack on some chocolate. Self-control is attainable. I tell myself this to keep me motivated and focused. I feel motivated today even though it was rough! I made it through another day and taking it day by day! Later! And good night! :)
