What's on your mind?

Not sure what to blog about tonight...so I'll just put out some random thoughts.
Here it goes:
I am so saddened by the ways of this world. Yet I am also happy from all the beauty
we have here in the world.

Two sides to this and I try to keep focused on the positive because that is what going to help me get through this life. I hardly watch the news: why watch it when I have friends and family to tell me what is going on when I talk with them? I'd rather spend my time on meditation, being still, praying, and just learning how to live peacefully in this life and MOST IMPORTANTLY how to inspire others to live peacefully! :)

What makes each of us special? We are each created in unique fashion and we each have something to contribute to this world. So let's do LESS of hating and MORE of giving/sharing/caring/loving/empowering....I could go on and on about this. It is what I am passionate about. I see sunshine and flowers and blue skies. I aspire to help others see the same. Of course I am not naive to what is going on in this world. I choose positive living because this is what life is about.

I have fears and worries. And that is part of the reason I blog, to steer clear of those negative thoughts that creep in. They only hinder me and bring more stress. I don't need more stress. I need more love, peace, and joy. And I desire to give this to others so they in turn will also desire to give this to the world...

A. Smiles FOOD JOURNAL:

AM:
16 oz. water
Berry Protein Smoothie

SNACK:
16 oz. water
Handful of nuts (mixed: pistachios, almonds, macadamian, walnuts)
Granola bar

LUNCH:
Popcorn Chicken
16 oz. water

PM:
FOOD EXERCISE: Zumba class (cardio, boy was it a work out!)

DINNER:
Shells/Cheese
Baked chips
16 oz. water

Thoughts/Feelings:
Very good today, energetic, and ready to take on some more tasks!
As if I need any more of those! :)
It was hot today and I stayed inside mostly; however, I did take some time to go outside and get some SUN!
I feel empty though because I had no veggies today.
It saddens my heart when I don't have any veggies.
Class tonight was great! Had two new participants experiencing the program for the first time: hope they enjoyed it!
Everyone is asleep and I am feeling ME time is now here :)
I am ready to watch TV and just VEG out like broccoli! :)
