There are times where we sometimes get really fatigued.
When this happens to me I get a bit irritated and if I can't rest then the irritation just grows and stress begins to pour over me!
Sometimes the fatigue is from doing too much all at once, and sometimes it is from not putting enough nutrients in my body. Earlier today, I believe I didn't feed my body enough nutrients. The fatigue began to set in and I felt my mood change.
Not a good feeling for me, and I don't like to feel that way at all!
So when you feel fatigue coming, breathe, be still and just listen to your body. Don't over exert yourself and add on any more stress. Stop what you are doing and try to just rest a bit if you can. I took on too much today and should have stopped and let my body rest some before moving forward. Don't let FATIGUE get the best of you. Take a positive approach and give your body what it needs to replenish and re-energize! :)

THOUGHTS/FEELINGS:
Today was a day of fatigue and busy-ness. I tried to cram too much in and it was taking a toll on me. I felt very light-headed earlier today and right now I am feeling tired. I want to go to bed, and I think I need to eat a little protein even though it is late. I spent so much time trying to take care of things around the house, get the kids ready for bed, and I simply got off schedule, especially with the Memorial holiday that just passed. Tomorrow will be a more energized day with more productivity and more nourishment for the mind/body/soul!
