What releases your stress?

I was listening to Ryan Leslie and I thought wow, whoever puts his beats together has it going on! I have so much going on right now and there is just not enough time in the day to do what I want to do! So to relieve the stress going on in my head with all these thoughts, I turn on the music and I start moving to the beat! So therapeutic for me when I need to just release the stress!
Of course that is why I love Zumba Fitness! And why so many others do!
Talk about a great stress reliever!

How about you? What releases your stress? Think about that. And whatever it is, go ahead and do it (whatever it is that releases you from the stress). Dancing, writing, reading, exercising, meditation. Remember that the day will go by and another one is already here. No need to hold onto the stress. Let it go, do what it is that helps you to release the stress and MOVE ON!

FOOD EXERCISE:
Killer Abs workout from Women's Health
Berry Protein and banana smoothie

LUNCH:
Veggie pizza (blended carrots/broccoli/cauliflower) with pesto

PM:
16 oz. water

DINNER:

Saffron rice with veggies (lima beans, green beans, broccoli, corn, peas)

THOUGHTS/FEELINGS:
Feeling great! Feeling SO LIGHT!
I feel like meditating, walking, and letting my worries go! :)
