When you're having fun, time sure does fly!!!!!
I was having so much fun last night I forgot to post for Wednesday!
(Don't ask me what I was doing......)
So here were my thoughts for yesterday's entry:
Often times I get frustrated because I am not doing enough to improve (correction: I FEEL I am not doing enough to improve).
When I eat something I should not be eating I get so upset with myself...and when I tell myself I am going to do better, and I don't feel I am, then I get discouraged...and discouragement becomes a habit...and it becomes easy to lose focus.
And we beat ourselves up because we fall back sometimes from what we are improving. Is it okay? Sure! It's all about taking it one day at a time. Improvement is a gradual process and takes time. One step at a time is what we tell ourselves. So remember this as you are working to improve on whatever it is you have chosen to work on. Take it day by day. If you find yourself just doing NOTHING on the day you were supposed to be doing 3 sets of 50 crunches, make it your goal to do it the next day. If you vowed to eat only live plant based foods and fruit, and you had some chicken nuggets, then re-make your vow and start again.
When we fall, we have the free choice to get back up and start again.
don't get discouraged....encourage yourself and when you find yourself frustrated with falling back, remember: take it step by step...
Food Journal:
BREAKFAST: green smoothie
AM Snack: nothing I was busy with a massage and work!
LUNCH: Chipotle
Cilantro Rice with black beans, little bit of hot sauce, cheese, sour cream (okay I know I did it again, and hence the title and message of this blog!)
Dinner: Fettuccine Alfredo
DESSERT: strawberry/Banana NICE-cream RAW topped with walnuts
This is sooooo good!
Night Snack: 16 oz. Water, water does a body good!
