Sickness Be Gone!

Recently my throat felt a little scratchy. I just found out that Richmond is the #1 Allergy Capitol in the U.S. Interesting! And when we have the windows open in the car I cough a lot.
I haven't felt sick for quite some time now and I plan to keep it that way!
How about you? Let's eliminate the sickness and bring on the healthiness!

A.SMILES FOOD JOURNAL:
BREAKFAST:
16 oz. water
Grapes/Apples
Vanilla Rooibos Tea

AM:
Nuts
Nuts Granola Bar

LUNCH:
Saffron rice with peas/carrots/lima beans/green beans/cauliflower/broccoli

PM SNACK:
16 oz. water
Slice of Ezekiel Bread with Almond Butter

DINNER:
Saffron rice with peas, carrots, Lima beans, green beans, broccoli

PM SNACK:
16 oz. Water

THOUGHTS/FEELINGS:
I'm feeling light again, free to just move about effortlessly, without any heaviness, no bloating, no feelings of being stuffed!
Oh what a feeling! I feel like singing! I'm kickin' sickness out the door!
