Love This Life!

Today I woke up feeling just GOOD! I am feeling lighter, brighter, and hyper as I start to move through the day! The energy feels great!
My Dad is interested in changing his lifestyle and he is doing more research on healthier living! What a blessing! I have shared with him how I believe he wants to live longer and I want him to live longer, and that in order for this to happen (God willing)- then we MUST take better care of ourselves internally so that life here on earth can be extended and rewarding.

I talked with him about how he can start to make simple changes. Cutting out some things, and replacing them with more fun, healthier choices. I'm so proud of him because he was very receptive and open to what I had to share with him!

As I reflect on this (changing our lifestyle, living BETTER/HEALTHIER, etc.), what comes to mind is the simple fact that I LOVE THIS LIFE! I love living, I love just being free to just LIVE! I don't enjoy being hurt, being sick, being exhausted, and just discouraged. I REFUSE to feel this way, no matter what goes on in life...will there be times where I get frustrated with the way things are? Sure, I'm only human- we are only human. Yet my reflection always returns to LOVE THIS LIFE! I can see that on a bumper sticker, on a cute TEE, oooooh, getting ideas!

So as you sit tonight and think of everything you have to do the next day, or are working right now, or busy taking care of house tasks, or even just stressing over the fact that you have to do all of this AGAIN the next day.....just BE in the moment, care-free, don't think about anything, just sit or stand....smile, breathe, and LOVE THIS LIFE!

MY FOOD JOURNAL:
==Before I go into the food journal, I have decided to add in the work-outs that I have now added to my schedule for the week. I was thinking, my food journal can also include PHYSICAL ACTIVITY, because exercise is food also, exercise nourishes our body and is great FOOD that gives us energy as well!==
BREAKFAST: 16 oz. water
AM: Pilates (1 hour)
AM: Vanilla Rooibos Tea
LUNCH: Black bean burger with cayenne pepper (I know you see this a lot, I just can't help it! It's soooooo good and I can eat at least one every day!)
PM SNACK: Almond Chocolate Milk with Whole Grain Chips
16 oz. water
DINNER: Open Face Black Bean Burger Sandwich with Eggs Over Easy and guess what else
was added to it? - - You got it: CAYENNE PEPPER!
PM: Health Nut Smoothies (blueberries/mango/banana/protein powder)
16 oz. water

FEELINGS/THOUGHTS:
A little tired from today: did Pilates, and then taught Zumba class tonight. Going to try and hit the sack early tonight so I can rest well. Not as tired as I usually am though after teaching Zumba. I was eating a lot of chocolate a couple of weeks ago, along with a LOT of processed foods. I am feeling a huge difference and feeling more positive than I have been in the past. Thank you food journal, as this is actually motivating me to do better. I AM ENJOYING THESE MOMENTS and my family is also enjoying it! It feels good to BE GOOD/DO GOOD/EAT GOOD!
LOVE THIS LIFE...I ABSOLUTELY DO! :)
