In a world full of violence and hate, there is still reason to keep positive and be filled with joy!
I was talking with my Mom today about these men at the train station where she usually parks her car and rides the train to work. They had on ski masks and hijacked a woman and her father's vehicle. The woman was shot in the stomach and the father was beaten severely in the head. All to take a car? Why didn't they just take the car? Why did they have to go so far as to shoot innocent people? This was at the train station where my Mom goes to all the time to ride in to work! Seriously people?
What are we doing? Do we hate each other that much that we have to try and end someone's life? Who are we to make the decision to end someone's life? It is saddening and very frustrating. And I get emotional when my Mom tells me these stories. Life is so beautiful and I pray for peace continually. I don't like to watch the news because more than likely there is nothing positive that is mentioned. And it just upsets me when I watch it. So I usually just get updates from my Mom. And when these negative events take place, I encourage us all to keep smiling. Because there are still plenty of reasons to keep positive: the fact that we are blessed to see another day, family, love, nature, beautiful places to visit, random acts of kindness, and much more. When you feel down, remember that life is still beautiful and full of joy. KEEP SMILING!

THOUGHTS/FEELINGS:
It was hot today! I was sitting in the car wanting to take a little nap.
I didn't feel like doing the Killer ABS work out tonight since I already did Body Flow. I wanted to stay focused and motivated though so I proceeded with it tonight. It felt good and I feel good right now. My knees hurt a little from doing the lunge part of the exercise with the 5lb. weight. Maybe I will cut that one out of the work out. I don't like it when my knees hurt like that.
Did some stretching after the abs work out and it felt so good! Love to stretch, great for flexibility and opening hips, and posture!
Tomorrow is Friday (I will try to be good with the food journal tomorrow, it is Friday though and so I may splurge a little ;)
Have a good evening, rest well! GoodNIGHT! :)
