ENOUGH!

So I've HAD IT with eating the WRONG STUFF and ignoring the RIGHT STUFF!
I am sick and tired of being sick and tired!
LITERALLY!

So here is my FOOD JOURNAL for today:
Breakfast:
a. Protein Smoothie (ummmm delicious!)
    Blueberries/Strawberries/Bananas/Hemp Protein

b. Ezekiel Bread (toast with smart butter and grape jelly)- 2 Slices

c. Another Morning snack: 1 Slice of the Ezekiel Bread again (toasted w/smart butter and grape jelly)

Lunch:  
d. Cauliflower Rice (from Gena's website: www.choosingraw.com   Thank you Gena! This
                  was so yummy!!!): had as a wrap, wrapped in romaine lettuce, then had it on salad
                  with cut up grape tomatoes, and Braggs Viniagrette Dressing

Snack: 
e.  Tropical Smoothie Health Nut (blueberries, mangoes, bananas, almonds, whey protein)
     12 oz.

Snack: 
f.  Piece of a chocolate chip cookie

g. 16 oz. Water

Dinner: 
h.  Naked Burrito (Black beans, cilantro rice, little hot sauce, sour cream, cheese,
     uh oh: CHICKEN!!!!- and I was doing so good!) from Chipotle (big serving size)

Night Time Snack:
i.  ?  I am SO TEMPTED... I am not even hungry, just stressed because
     I am thinking of so much I need to do between now and next weekend! Oh boy! :)
     Was going to make my homemade NICE-Cream (thank you dear Ebony for this word creation!)
      And now I am just sitting here, still thinking about everything I have to do....drives me crazy..so
      much to do in so little time, and I just get so frustrated with it because there is so much to do.

* Working on 60 Day Challenge with oldest son.  Together we are READY TO LIVE! :)
